Tiphani's Cakery Policy

**PAYMENTS/DEPOSITS: 

•All payments and deposits are due by the suggested due date listed on the invoice but may be paid earlier to secure requested event date. 

​

•Orders are NOT booked until deposits have been paid, therefore not guaranteeing the date and pickup or delivery time requested by the customer. 

​

​

***REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

•In the event that your order is cancelled all deposits/ payments are non-refundable but may be used as a credit towards a future purchase with 30 days notice given prior to the date originally scheduled for wedding/grooms cakes & 14 days notice given prior to the date originally scheduled for all other orders. 

​

•If an unexpected cancellation occurs later than the required 14 days any payments made will be forfeited and a credit will not be issued, no exceptions. 

​

•All other refund requests will not be considered. 

 

***PICKUP /DELIVERY: 

•Pickup orders:By picking up your order you are agreeing to assume all liability for any possible damage caused to the cake once it is out of the posession of Tiphani’s Cakery. 

​

•Delivery orders: Payments are due in full 24 hours prior to the delivery of any orders. Tiphani’s Cakery will not travel to deliver any orders without the payment in full. 

 

***ALLERGY & DIETARY WARNINGS:

•Baked goods and products from Tiphani’s Cakery may have come in contact with: milk,nuts,wheat,dairy,soy, natural and artificial sweetners and/or dyes, and other allergens not listed. Tiphani’s Cakery is not responsible for any bodily injury which may result from services or goods provided. It is the clients responsibility to point out any possible allergy hazards to anyone their goods or products pruchased are consumed by. 

 

***COVID 19:

•No exceptions will be made to the above terms and conditions concerning any cancellation or rescheduling request due to covid.
